The in-house management team is set up to plan and run projects of any size and complexity. Project plans can be put together for any of the crane vehicles in the fleet, ranging from 12 tonne up to 82 tonne machines.
Lifting plans and management strategies are produced in line with the relevant standards — BS7121 and the LOLER Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.
A range of qualified staff is available on request to suit every lifting need:

Appointed Person (AP)
Team leader responsible for planning the lift and producing the risk and method statements.
Crane / Lift Supervisor
On-site supervisor who directs the lifting operation in line with the agreed method statement.
Slinger / Signaller
Responsible for attaching the load and maintaining clear communication with the crane operator throughout the lift.
Together with the crane operator, these roles cover every part of the lift to make sure work is carried out safely and in line with the relevant regulations.
